Want a car with great gas mileage? Get a Corvette!

The Corvette C5, with 400 hp, averages 40 mpg (highway)! thats just about 2 less than a hybrid Toyota Prius. This was tested and proven by Garage 419, and you can either visit their awesome website with all there amazing vidoes of cars, or just do it all on youtube. either way you'll have a good time. But back to buisness, The Corvette C5 is a really great car. Its got all the things you'd find a normal "good" sportscar, such as a Maserati: a potent V8, a good looking, flowing design, and when you put your foot down.... a great explosion of almost symphony orchestrated sound coming from both the engine and the exhaust. You also get luxuries such as leather, heated seats, airbags, stereo, sat/nav systems, and even the 505 hp Z06 package (but that will hurt your fuel milage a bit). So, if youve got a lazy $25,000 layin around, go get one.

Damn, wish I had even 1000 dollars. lol, that's a cool find, and pretty cool that a Corvette does 40 mpg. That's very impressive. Especially for something that is though to guzzle gas like nothing. The ford GT is one of the worst, at about 3-4 mpg.... But is a very beautiful car.

3!!!!????!?!?!?!? wow... ford needs to work on that. most lamborghinis and ferraris are averaging 21 mpg at least. i think race cars get better milage, lol. the only other car ive heard of getting less than 4 mpg is the Mazda Fuira, and thats a 4-rotor beast.

yeah, when comparing with M3 it's ugly but not bad for a Japanese car, better than Prius
